NSBE Jr., the K–12 outreach program of the National Society of Black Engineers, is designed to inspire and prepare pre-college students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue careers in STEM. Through hands-on activities, mentorship, and a focus on academic excellence, NSBE Jr. helps students explore engineering and technology in engaging and meaningful ways.
