Tiffany Jordan is the Contract Compliance Manager for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Ms. Jordan’s department (Office of Contract Compliance) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, tracking and reporting millions of dollars awarded to prime contractors and subcontractors working on Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District contracts. The department is designed to assist minority, women and local firms. The economic benefit during the past 17 years has been nearly $700M awarded to certified local firms.

Ms. Jordan has over 25 years of experience in the areas of Purchasing and Contract Compliance. Ms. Jordan was Manager of Contract Compliance for the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners prior to joining the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Ms. Jordan also, recently, joined the Mid-Town Cleveland board of trustees. Ms. Jordan has her Master’s certification in Contract Administration from Morgan State University.
