Kelsi Queen-Robinson

Kelsi Queen Robinson, a proud Georgia Peach, earned dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Education, summa cum laude, from Norfolk State University in 2002. A dedicated educator, Kelsi taught in Virginia, Florida, and Georgia before receiving an Executive MBA with a 4.0 GPA from Colorado Technical University in 2011. In 2012, she became CEO of her late father's construction firm, EGM Services, Inc., and founded the Arthur J. Queen Institute, a nonprofit aimed at empowering minority glaziers, in 2023. Kelsi, married to her high school sweetheart ReDiaux, has two adult children. As an influential leader in construction, she has spoken at the 2023 National Glass Association Conference, invited on FOX 5, and addressed DeKalb County small business leaders. She serves on boards including the DeKalb Chamber, National Association of Minority Contractors (GA), and Chi Tau Omega (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority). Her memberships include NAPW, DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Business League. Kelsi’s honors include the “Hidden Figures” award (2017), Beck Mentor Protégé award (2019), NAMC Rising Star Award, and EGM’s recognition as DeKalb Chamber Business of the Year (2019) and FBE Safety Award (2023).
