Christopher Howse is the President and driving force behind two Cleveland-based firms: Howse Solutions and CLS Construction. Howse Solutions is an IT Managed Services and Consulting firm that has supported over 100 organizations, helping them solve complex technology challenges, streamline operations, enhance security, and bridge the digital divide across sectors including construction, healthcare, government, and commercial real estate.

With CLS Construction, Chris leads a dynamic team of experts who have transformed over two million square feet of commercial and residential space across Northeast Ohio. His “Developer + Builder” model creates value for project owners while uplifting local communities through impactful construction and design.

Chris’ mission extends far beyond business. He and his teams are building a pipeline of talent by training individuals for meaningful careers in technology, construction, and the skilled trades. Through mentorship, workforce development programs, and partnerships with community organizations, they are helping prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.

A respected civic leader, Chris serves on multiple boards, including as Board Secretary for the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) - Northern Ohio Chapter. He is a strong advocate for economic inclusion, community empowerment, and equitable access to opportunity.

Married to Lisa Bottoms, Chris is the proud father of four and grandfather of three. With a vision as wide as his heart, Chris is building not just businesses and buildings—but opportunities, futures, and a stronger, more connected community.
