Terence Cassidy
Paslay Group, Principal, Executive Program Manager
Mr. Cassidy is a construction executive with more than 40 years of industry experience who has extensive experience on both the contractor and owner sides of the business. He brings a unique perspective to projects, a keen understanding of the owner’s needs, and an ability to leverage the contractors’ tools to deliver the vision.
His experience ranges from single large projects valued at $1 billion to multi-billion-dollar programs with more than $13 billion in completed construction projects and a significant concentration in airport facilities. He served as Executive Program Manager and the Owner’s Representative for the award-winning $1.5 billion Build KCI Single Terminal Program, which opened in 2023, and is now leading the Executive Program Management team assisting Cleveland Hopkins International Airport with its Terminal Modernization Development Program.
Prior to joining the Paslay Group, Mr. Cassidy served 12 years as Executive Vice President of a large minority owned construction company in the Dallas area.
Mr. Cassidy earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from Westminster College in Fulton, Mo.
