Glen has 25+ years of leadership in program development & leadership, marketing, communications, diversity & inclusion. Glen’s focus the past decade has been in the construction Industry include developing and leading programs such as: Construction Management Academy Program/ACE Mentor Program (STEM education, scholarships, and career pathway program for youth); Business Mentor Protégé programs (capacity building, relationships and business development); workforce and legislative advocacy/government affairs.
