Rhoni Thompson is President of R.L. Cole Enterprise, Inc., a second-generation, woman-owned business that supplies and delivers aggregates as well as operating a warehouse. With over 30 years of experience, she has expanded the company’s services, boosting revenue by 55% and acquiring new equipment, including six dump trucks and an excavator. In 2023, Rhoni led the company’s expansion into warehouse storage and delivery. Her leadership has secured contracts with Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, and Cleveland Guardians. In addition to her role at R.L. Cole, Rhoni is an Executive Board Member of the Presidents’ Council, Secretary of the Contractors Assistance Association, Board Member on the Minority Development Finance Advisory Board.
