Meltrice D. Sharp, CPA, MBA is a Cleveland native and Managing Partner at CLE Consulting Firm, where she leads with over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business consulting. A proud graduate of Kent State University (BBA, Accounting) and Baldwin Wallace University (MBA), Meltrice began her career at Ernst & Young and later held leadership roles at Forest City Enterprises before launching her own firm in 2017 to serve businesses and nonprofits with purpose and integrity.

In addition to leading CLE, she is an Adjunct Instructor at Cuyahoga Community College, where she simplifies complex financial topics for the next generation of professionals.

Meltrice is the founder of Women Creating Wealth & Impact, a movement dedicated to closing the financial knowledge and access gap for women. Her board service includes roles as Treasurer of Rainbow Babies & Children Foundation, Deaconess Foundation, and NMAC (Northern Ohio Chapter), and she serves as a Trustee for First Federal of Lakewood and other civic institutions, the Cuyahoga County Audit Committee and serves on the Business Advisory Committee at Tri-C.

Beyond her professional and civic duties, Meltrice is a published author of Aubrie’s Adventure to Cashland, a children’s book series teaching financial literacy. She is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoys faith, family, corny jokes, and the occasional reality TV binge. Meltrice is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Omega Chapter.
