As National Director of Emerging Business Inclusion, Elizabeth works to increase the participation of certified firms on Ryan Companies US, Inc’s private projects. She works closely with project managers to increase access to opportunities, provide cash flow options and targeted mentorship experiences for firms who have completed a contract with Ryan. Elizabeth excels at creating an environment where all parties can share different points of view with respect, resulting in clear expectations and successful results. Recognition awards include two-time Advocate of Year recipient from the National Association of Minority Contractors - Upper Midwest Chapter, Minnesota ICON Award, Facing Race Award - Saint Paul Foundation, and Advocate of the Year - Minnesota AGC.
