Taurean Spratt is the Vice President and General Manager of Turner's Cleveland Business Unit. In 2025, ENR recognized Turner as the No. 1 contractor in the United States, with an annual revenue of $20B. With a proven track record of success, Taurean drives strategic business development initiatives and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Cleveland office. He is dedicated to achieving both short and long-term business goals while embodying the company's core values and upholding the highest standards of business conduct.
During his impressive 20-year career at Turner, Taurean has held various key roles, including Project Manager, Superintendent and Business Development positions. His exceptional leadership has been instrumental in the substantial growth of the Cleveland Business Unit, leading to significant increases in both annual revenue and profitability.
Taurean has contributed to some of Northeast Ohio’s most significant projects, including the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, Cleveland Browns Stadium, and The Cleveland Foundation MidTown Collaboration Center. In recognition of his outstanding dedication to community engagement, he received Turner’s prestigious National Community Affairs Employee of the Year Award.
Deeply committed to civic involvement, Taurean serves on the Board of Directors for both the Builders Exchange and the ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland. He is also a proud graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2025. A distinguished alumnus, Taurean graduated with Honors from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Taurean finds joy in family life with his wife, Terika, and their two sons, Jayden and Camren. Through his visionary leadership, commitment to excellence, and dedication to community service, Taurean continues to make a lasting impact in the construction industry and beyond.
