Tari S. Rivera founded Regency Construction Services, Inc. in 1994 with entrepreneurial vision, determined spirit, and a solid construction engineering background. In the 30 years since, Tari has grown Regency from a three-person start-up firm into a multimillion-dollar enterprise with 70 employees serving Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Nonprofit, Park, Commercial and Civic clients across the State. As one of Ohio’s largest Female Owned Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting firms, Regency has remained steadfast to Tari’s early commitment to diversity and opportunity in the workplace, creating a professional organization that encourages and empowers women and minorities in construction.

As a leader in the community and her business, Tari has served several local organizations throughout her career. She currently serves as the Chair of the Construction Employers Association board. Tari is also a board member of CLE Builds, the Sisters of Charity Health System, Applewood Center and St. Edward High School. Tari was also the former board chair for the ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland, Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland and St. Joseph Academy. Tari is also a recent graduate of Leadership Cleveland 2024.

Tari is also a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and supports many other organizations such as the Society of Marketing Professional Services Northeast Ohio Chapter, COGENCE, the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio and the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Ohio.
