Traci Watson is a champion for equity and empowerment in construction. A Spelman College graduate, she began her career with H.J. Russell & Company and now serves as Vice President of Operations at Alameda Construction Services, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in project management and leadership. As President of NAMC Southern California, she drives training, partnerships, and advocacy to expand opportunities for diverse contractors. Traci also founded Biz Behind the Hammer, a platform that equips small contractors with tools to grow and build generational wealth. Her work bridges workforce inclusion, community development, and procurement equity across the industry.
