R Engineering Team, LLC, President and CEO
President and Chief Executive Officer: Responsible for the organization, management, and marketing of the company. Responsible to clients as either principal-in-charge or project manager for professional services furnished by R Engineering Team, LLC. Responsible for design, review, supervision, coordination, and management of all engineering, construction, and management projects under contract to R Engineering Team, LLC. Interacts with the Project Engineer and coordinates, reviews and approves work performed at each stage of the design projects. Reviews and evaluates existing facilities systems. Makes recommendations on improvement of the quality and efficiency of the facility or system.
Electrical Engineer/Project Engineer: Experience with a major electric utility consisted of utilizing skills acquired by previous employment, substation design, and supervising and management skills. Previous employment skills were utilized to undergo a program to renovate existing facilities by bringing them up to building code standards and installing modern energy efficient equipment. Construction documents and calculations were prepared to determine and select the type and cost analysis reports were prepared to justify all installations. Many automated control schemes were designed as part of the company policy to automate substations and report data to a central computer facility. Supervisory skills were utilized to oversee the building design unit. The unit consists of engineers, engineering aids and draftsmen. Responsibility as lead designer in the unit is to oversee designs of all electrical installations on company property, excluding plants and transmission substations. Management skills were utilized as project manager of the Power Plant Support Center project. Responsibility consisted of overall project coordination of architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to complete the project.

Construction documents were prepared in accordance with all codes having jurisdiction and all equipment (lighting fixtures, panels, switchgear, etc.) selected as UL approved for its intended use.
