Fatima Ware is a licensed HVAC contractor and journeyman sheet metal worker with over 14 years of experience in the mechanical trades. She founded WTD Mechanical LLC in 2016, a certified minority and woman-owned mechanical contracting firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. The company specializes in commercial HVAC Mechanical Systems and sheet metal fabrication, working as both a prime contractor and subcontractor across Northeast Ohio and beyond.

Ms. Ware built her expertise working first as an apprentice and then journeyperson on major healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects, including the Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, University Hospitals and a plethora of other projects in Northeast Ohio. Ms. Ware is an esteemed former member of the Recreation Fund of Sheet Metal Workers Local #33. She was instrumental in spearheading a variety of well-received events and activities. Ms. Ware established the Cleveland District Women’s Committee of local #33 and served as chair for several years. Today, WTD Mechanical is proud to be a part of ongoing projects for clients such as Sherwin Williams, The Ohio State University, Case Western Reserve University, Turner Construction and others.
